Technical: Being able to apply skill at a higher speed of play. Doing things quicker, with seamless effort under pressure, without a lot of time and space.

Physical: A combination of skill, speed, quickness, agility, strength and endurance.
Psychological: The capacity to not be intimidated or back down from the opponent, but push yourself to win the dual, beat the player, produce the result.
Attitude: Positive, competitive, focused, team player with a winning mentality.
Discipline: Training habits on and off the field, nutrition, sleep, appearance and a commitment to excellence.
