Josh currently lives in Lake Forest with his wife Teresa, son Aidan and daughter Lorel.  Josh served the community as a high school teacher for several years before committing himself to coaching full time.  It is this background in education that reinforced his appreciation for teaching the skills that lay a foundation for a lifetime of learning.  The driving force of fostering a growth mindset for his players motivates Josh in establishing challenging, dynamic, and creative environments.    With a firm belief that coaching soccer centers on developing quality habits Josh understands the lessons that transcend the game are the most important aspects of player development.
